Community Update

Steve is great. This is the second time I've used him to repair an appliance and he knows his stuff. When my dryer didn't spin, I called him. He was here within two hours, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 15 minutes AND included lifetime repair on parts. The last time I used him he repaired my washer and I haven't had a problem since. He also checked out my refrigerator which was not working i the middle of summer. He knew that many people all over the country had the same problem with this model refrigerator and advised me to contact customer service to get it fixed since it was a design flaw. Further, he told me he had another client who had the same problem and the company repaired it for him with no charge. Steve said he would fix it if I wanted but urged me to save my money and contact the company directly. I did and they fixed it! He saved me several hundred dollars! He's honest, he's very competent and obviously good. I highly recommend him!
