A clean well kept supermarket . Slightly overpriced and I would love to see more organic fruits and vegetables. As well as Gluten free breads etc.

This is your only choice in Long Beach if you actually want to eat fruit with any taste. Waldbaums and Fruit Bowl both SUCK for fruit, its like eating sawdust. Here I rarely have a bad fruit experience. Parking is a nightmare here and the aisles are super narrow, but the deli department is da bomb (most of the year they have perfectly cooked grilled salmon smothered in teriyaki sauce). Even most of the checkout girls are friendly. Good place, great for avoiding Waldbaums.
