Frank Salerno, Neighbor

Frank is a former electronics technician who has spent his retirement years painting, gardening, and woodworking. He is an avid gardener who begins each year growing his first seedlings in the first week of February, and ending the year by picking the last of his crops in late November. It's a long and productive season, achieved through precise timing from start to finish. His gardening book explains it all.
