City of Long Beach releases latest two-week schedule for boardwalk rebuilding.

Workers will continue to install the hardwood decking, railings, lights and other features of the new Long Beach westward, from Laurelton to Lafayette beaches this week, and will also complete the installation of the retaining wall from Lincoln to Neptune beaches, the most eastern end of the 2.2-mile boardwalk, over the next two weeks, according to a work schedule for Aug. 8-18 the City of Long Beach released Monday.
